PEOPLE MANAGER COACHING
Equip your leaders to drive engagement and performance
How Important is the People Manager?
EVEN MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU THINK.
In fact, according to the Gallup Organization, managers account for 70% of the variance in team engagement.
That's a lot of influence and a lot of responsibility.
Unfortunately, most organizations struggle to successfully prepare their people managers for the role because....well....it takes time and a proven strategy.
And while almost every senior leader I know understands how important it is to train managers, it often gets put on the back-burner, despite even the best intentions.
This is where I come in.
I offer customized 1:1 Coaching Packages designed to take a manager from feeling inexperienced and unsure to feeling confident and competent in their role.
If you need more managers like this in your organization, let's schedule a call to see if I can help you get there.

Your Managers are the Heart of Your Organization
I'M HERE TO HELP YOU ENSURE THEY SUCCEED
Ashley Palacios, HR Associate, Redeemer Church
"LeAnne has been a professional mentor and friend to me as I have transitioned into the role I am in now. I feel like through her coaching I have been able to see where my weaknesses lie and how to navigate and grow in those areas."
Chelle Hills, Assistant CFO, Texas Tech University System
"LeAnne's passion and dedication to her work radiate from all that she does and is infectious to those she works with and for. Her generosity and kind-hearted spirit are also qualities that set her apart from anyone else. She truly cares about people and it is a quality that can be felt from the moment you meet her.
How Does It Work?
The process is simple. Here's what you can expect.
First, We'll Schedule a Call to Discuss Your Manager's Needs and Goals
Together we'll discuss a coaching strategy that reflects the unique manager, role, and team dynamic and meets the needs of your organization. Next, we'll identify concrete outcomes to pursue together and develop a coaching plan and timeline that will get us there.
Next, We Hit the Ground Running and the Coaching Sessions Begin
I'll meet with your manager via Zoom and we'll work towards the skills and competencies they need to succeed in their role. Your people manager can expect to leave every single session with more knowledge about the science of leading people AND a better understanding of how they can leverage their strengths as they lead a team.
Finally, We'll Review Our Progress and Create an Action Plan for the Future
When our coaching sessions have concluded, I'll meet again with you and/or the people manager's leader to assess our progress. We'll review the objectives we set in Step #1 and I'll create a recommended action plan for the manager to continue their learning and development.
Working with people managers is my sweet spot...
Because I know how challenging it can be to drive engagement and performance.
And because I really wish I would have had a coach in my early years of leading a team.
It would have been a game-changer to have someone there to help me:
- understand my strengths and weaknesses as a manager.
- teach me the art and science of leading people and influencing change.
- implement communication rhythms that drive engagement and performance.
So that's why I'm on a personal mission to equip people managers with the knowledge and competencies they'll need to succeed.
If you're looking for a way to support the well-being of your managers while also improving overall employee engagement in your organization, let's schedule a call to see if I can help you make it happen.
