From Discouraging Data to Skyrocketing Scores: How One Client Turned Feedback into Action
I want to share something cool that happened during a recent meeting I had with a client who had been working on their employee listening strategy for the past year.
They assessed their team members last year and then conducted focus groups after the engagement survey results.
Those focus groups helped us dig deeper into some of the data we received from the survey.
As a result of those focus groups, this client identified some particular and concrete initiatives for unique departments that they've acted on since receiving that feedback.
In this recent meeting, we received the results from their second round of the engagement survey. Their engagement scores skyrocketed in those priority areas they chose to respond to after the last round.
So, if you've got data back and feel super discouraged about it at first, take heart because you can make a big difference quickly if you focus on sending the right messages and taking action.
