What did you put in the blank?

Because 90% of the time, what we put in that blank deeply reflects the unique talents and strengths we bring to the table.

In other words, the things that frustrate us the most about the people we work with are also the things that are most intuitive and natural for us.

Our strengths are the paradigm we use every day at work.

Because some things come so naturally to us, it infuriates us when other people don't bring that particular talent to the table, too.

So the next time that you find yourself feeling really frustrated with the 'challenging' people you work with, take a moment to think about the fact that your natural talents and strengths may mean that you're also a challenging person to some of those people.
